We have a Matterport 3D camera right in-house! That’s right. Better yet, our agents use it for free. The dollhouse views and true virtual tours keep today’s online consumer engaged longer and generate more inquiries by A LOT! And lets be honest, it makes our agents look good! We require use of the camera (unless a client specifically opts out) to increase local brand awareness and ultimately drive traffic back to our agents.

Drone Videos

Drones are an unmatched way to showcase acreages, adjacent landscape, and uniquely manicured properties. Drone photography is available to NextHome Journey agents and encouraged whenever an amazing landscape demands to be seen. Our Broker

Meet Kelli Excell. Her last name is more of a personal goal with an extra “L.” Kelli truly excels in all she does and is dedicated to making sure her agents have what they need to excel as well.

Kelli is a dynamic broker with over a decade of experience in real estate and building small businesses. She understands national and local real estate challenges and works tirelessly to bring the newest/latest/greatest tools and technologies to the office. She is dedicated to supporting and nurturing agents for success in every transaction…and in every relationship. She is innovative, trusted, and possesses the determination necessary to get the job done. She has served as the President of the local Real Estate Board as well as the local and state Landlord Associations. Kelli is active in local and state legislation and believes in preserving the right for all to enjoy the benefits of home ownership.

When she isn’t talking shop, Kelli is reading a book or helping her husband (Steve) with his mobile catering BBQ business. Steve and Kelli are active in the community and in their church. They enjoy spending time with their three children and one grandchild.

Our Office

We believe that the office should be comfortable and inviting. That’s why our NextHomies enjoy working in a relaxed, coffee-shop environment with comfortable, open seating; handy USB outlets; online news feeds; height adjustable tables and free drinks in our main collaboration area. Private rooms with large viewing screens and comfortable seating are available for times when a client needs more quiet attention. Children will love coming to the office too because we have a space designed just for them. The entire real estate buying/selling process is an experience that speaks for itself and our inimitable office undeniably sets the tone.
